Automatic Refund
A mismatch between customer personal information and bank data is automatically classified as high risk and will be processed accordingly.

- We will review your order promptly upon receiving your request.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
- PayPal funds will be returned to your PayPal account within 24 hours.
Types of Refunds
- Undelivered and Partially Delivered Products
- Non-delivery – Full refund available.
- Partial Delivery – Partial refund provided for the undelivered portion.
- If you do not want a refund, we can issue vouchers for future orders.
Additional Refund Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled within 2 hours of placement will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are only available if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
- Service Fees: Any service fees associated with the transaction may not be refundable.
