Requesting a Refund

Automatic Refund

A mismatch between customer personal information and bank data is automatically classified as high risk and will be processed accordingly.

Refund Request Procedure

  2. We will review your order promptly upon receiving your request.
  3. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
    • PayPal funds will be returned to your PayPal account within 24 hours.

Types of Refunds

  1. Undelivered and Partially Delivered Products
  2. Non-delivery – Full refund available.
  3. Partial Delivery – Partial refund provided for the undelivered portion.
  4. If you do not want a refund, we can issue vouchers for future orders.

Additional Refund Policies

  1. Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled within 2 hours of placement will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are only available if the product is found to be defective or not as described.
  3. Service Fees: Any service fees associated with the transaction may not be refundable.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: If applicable, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
